• Varietal Composition: Merlot 70% – Syrah 30%
  • Vinification: Destemming and transfer to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation and extraction take place for 12 – 14 days  at 23 ºC.. Complete lactate fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
  • Acohol ABV: 12 %


  • Organoleptic characteristics:
    Bright, deep ruby color with purple tinge. Complex nose with notes of plum, red cherry and black fruits. Velvety taste, with balanced tannins and moderate acidity. The finish is characterized by the balance in taste of the two varieties and the long duration in its aftertaste.
  • Harmony:
    It is harmoniously combined with red meats, grilled, poultry, red sauces and semi-hard cheeses.
  • Ideal Serving Temperature at 16 – 18º C.
