- Varietal Composition: Moschofilero 90% – Roditis 10%
- Vinification: Static settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. Stay with its thin lees for three months in stainless steel tanks.
- Organoleptic characteristics:
Crystal clear, bright white-yellow color, with soft greenish hues. Fresh and rich nose, with aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. In the mouth it is refreshing, with excellent balance in its acidity and vivid lemony aftertaste.
It accompanies a wide variety of fish, shellfish, seafood-based pasta, salads, fresh cheeses, poultry as well as pork.
