- Varietal Composition: Moscato Bianco 90% – Alicante Nero 10%
- Vinification: Gentle pressure of the grapes, static settling, transfusion of pure juice and fermentation in special stainless steel pressure tanks (Autoclave) with controlled temperature at 14-16 ºC. Fermentation is interrupted abruptly by the drop of temperature when it reaches 6 alcoholic degrees to preserve its natural sugars and then remains in the tanks for about sixty days.

- Organoleptic characteristics:
Soft golden blonde color with refined aromas of the moscato variety and notes of yellow rose. Its soft sweet taste, combined with its pleasant bubbles, conveys to the palate a refreshing harmony.
- Harmony:
It accompanies a wide variety of sweets, dried fruits, cakes and ice creams. It is also served as an aperitif.
- Ideal Serving Temperature at 8 – 10º C.
