  • Vinification: Destemming and pre-fermentation maceration for 16-18 hours at low controlled temperature.. Static settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 15 ºC. Stay with its thin lees for three months with frequent stirrings.

  • Organoleptic characteristics:
    Bright rosé color with orange and rose hues. Nose with rich aromas of plum and red fresh fruits. Balanced, fruity mouthfeel, with soft tannins and refreshing acidity.
  • Harmony:
    It is harmoniously combined with salads, Mediterranean dishes, pasta, cheeses, poultry, pizza and red sauces. It is also served as an aperitif.
  • Ideal Serving Temperature at 12 – 14º C.
